In contrast to Throwback Thursday, I’m using Fast-Forward Friday to drool over books that I’m waiting on to come out! Today it’s a novel that I think would do really well as a graphic novel, but alas, that’s not the case this time. Regardless, I’m very excited for it!
Expected Release: January 7, 2020
Why wait on this one?
- Love. I love love, and I love falling in love. I love others falling in love. Look, sometimes I just want to read something nice! It’s not always revenge and demons.
- That said, it can’t be too easy for them, and it sounds like there will be significant personal and familial baggage to sort out. A kind of finding-yourself and creating your new normal that Ava would be damn proud of.
- This is slightly less founded, but I get the impression that this will have a really beautiful writing style. I’m imagining lots of imagery and analogies that will add some flourish and flair to each scene.
Frankly, it sounds like it will break my heart just to put it back together again.
